Aside from Brunt's ignorant remark that the top 100 QBs play in the NFL and the top 101-120 play in the CFL, which IMO is laughable as I would take Lulay, Ray, Calvillo, and Burris over all but maybe 5 NFL QBs, but that's a topic for another day. While I do believe Canadian QBs have the talent, I liked both McCowns and Tillman reasoning for trying to bring in a Canadian QB, but Tillman also did bring up some valid points that work against them, and I didn't even realize that it is the union that shuts it down (which is justified though). Seems like some GMs (Barker, Tillman, Buono, and Huff) and even the league want to see it done, just can't right now, because of lack of suitable talent and the win now mentality of the CFL. However McCown did make a point when stating that so many U.S trained guys come up here and are terrible, so why not spend 2-4 years to develop a QB instead of developing the American, Ricky Ray is the only QB I can think of in the last 15 years that "got" the league right away. Lulay, Jyles, Tate, Durant, Burris and Pierce all started out as PR players or numbers 3's.
