In addition to all the positions he can play I'm willing to bet that he comes with a cap-friendly price tag.

Keeping is a guy who can start, does a bit of long snapping if I am not mistaken & has a mean streak as demonstrated to Cory Boyd on the sidelines last season.

Hard to believe Keeping, who at one time was like 250lbs & played TE at Western was our starting Nosetackle.

Jeff Keeping is a 7th offensive lineman at best. If he plays much the Argos are in trouble.

Yep - IMO one of the most bizzare CFL personnel decisions in quite some time - Keeping playing/starting at DT for the Argos - still baffled by that; still - the guy is a CFL vet now and a gamer; doubt he is a lock to make the team though.

It was a bit baffling, but I didn't think he was too bad. If they kept him there, who knows how much he may have progressed.
