The Rock...perhaps one of the greatest on the microphone and while perhaps not the greatest technical wrestler wasn't too bad to watch in the ring.

King Kong Bundy beat him in "9 seconds" at Wrestlemania I. The time was really 24 seconds, and what was worse was that Gorilla Monsoon said that the old record was 23 seconds.

That was quite a match..hehe.
Speaking of those awesome guys who tended to lose all the time..."IRON MIKE SHARP", (from hamilton)...was always on the live cards at maple leaf gardens, he was proclaimed as "Canada's Greatest Athlete"...i think the only guy he ever beat was Rene Goulet

He was always one of the guys on Superstars. He was funny though because he had that arm injury or something that never healed and he'd always make the funniest noises during the course of his match.

I was always a big Bret Hart fan. I remember thinking Scott Hall (formerly Razor Ramon) was pretty cool back in the day. It's pretty sad to see him nowadays.

Bret Hart by far. Loved when he re-formed the Hart Foundation and they had that whole Canada vs USA angle, it was so cool to hear the different reactions in the USA and Canada. He was so hated in the states and was considered to be the "bad guy" and then as soon as he crossed the border into Canada his role was reversed into being the hero.

I don't watch wrestling on tv (but I do enjoy attending live Indy shows), but when I did watch on tv, SD Jones was a favourite of mine too.

When he was a tag team with his brother, Jacques Rougeau had some of the best theme music in the WWF. He was fun as The Mountie as well despite the controversy it caused up here. His match with the Big Boss Man at Summerslam is particularly memorable. He is one of those guys who you never realized lasted so long in the WWF. He debuted with Raymond in the summer of 1986 and was finished with the Quebecers by mid 1994 I think.

S.D Jones passed away a few years ago, did he not?

Didn't one of the Rougeaus pass away a few years ago? With such a high mortality rate of WWF wrestlers, it is hard to keep up on who is still around and who isn't.

No they are both alive as far as I know.

SD Jones passed away in 2008, due to complications from a stroke...

Both the Rougeaus are still alive and kicking....
