I honestly have no idea how this gives Edmonton a "competitive disadvantage", what a load of crap. Fans already seem to dislike Commissioner Orridge, I doubt this is going to help him.

Sadly sounds like this is more of a power move by the old boys club of the western block than anything else. No one would cause a stink over Calgary's horses.

But yes, this does make Orridge look bad. Don't see this would be different with any other commissioner sadly enough until that block is broken up.

that's unfortunate, I noticed the loggers during Ottawa games, i think it's a great way of promoting their brand. Especially considering their ambiguous name it definitely helps.

Don't blame Orridge for this; blame the Eskimos.

At least the tree huggers won't be offended now.
Completely stupid, makes the Eskimos look like petty assholes.

Real stupid but perhaps they can bake some big cookies to toss to fans. haha. I'm not sure about Jeffery Porridge at this point.

I don't think blame should be put on Orridge for this, my comment was more along the lines of he'll most likely take the blame for it, which seems to be occurring, so there we are.

Big deal over nothing.

It doesn't really matter to me whether the loggers were allowed or not allowed. I have to wonder if the Citizen's editorial influenced the Eskimos' stance on this matter?
