I would be remiss if I didn't point out that an @argofans tweet was also included in these articles :D

Seriously though, it was pretty shocking news to hear about David Bowie. He was a guy who spanned several different eras of music and remained relevant in each of them. RIP.

Not a real fan but didn't mind the odd song. Didn't hate the guy just wasn't my deal. He did however do one hell of a lot in his life and career. He kept his illness pretty quiet didn't he. It's been quite the few weeks in the music industry as they're dropping like flies.

You are more of a punk rock guy IIRC, so it's not surprising that David Bowie wasn't your cup of tea.

I don't mind a bit of Bowie's music. He was influential and successful in some phases of his chameleon-like career. I did like the way he handled his fame.

From what I understand I like the way he handled his death as well. His last kick at the can was music for his fans just before he checked out. No doubt the guy had a real handle on his life and did as he wished all the way through. Good on him.

I also wasn't much a fa, although I did like his Let's Dance album.
