The prospect of Tanner Marsh as the Argos back-up makes me want to vomit violently.

Same with the thought of Chad Owens playing with the Hamilton Tiger Cats!!

I don't know who this guy is or how credible he is, but I don't like the prospect of the Argos not addressing the OL and DB's which are the areas they really need to address.

Neither do I, and I agree OL and the defensive backfield are by far our biggest concerns and needs. As for Marsh; I highly doubt we see him in the CFL again; he botched every opportunity he got.
Cord Parks is available; I like to see the Argos take a run at him; along with many others.

Cord Parks would be a great get. Argos originally traded his rights in the Khalif Mitchell deal.

I would be shocked if the Argos had any more than 0.0 interest in Marsh.

I hope you're right on that front.

Yes indeed Angelo, bet the Argonauts would love a "do over" on that deal.

Eman Davis would be the DB I'd like to get most - very good all-around DB who can play anywhere in the secondary and makes plays / picks. Plus stealing him from the Pussycats would hurt them.

Aaron Grymes is quite over-rated IMO.

I would also include Otha Foster, who went to Edmonton in the deal that allowed Barker to draft Coombs early.

Not sure about that. Parks was good in his first season with the Lions but barely saw the field last year as he relegated to a backup role.

Why is Marsh getting any run at all? Dude is terrible and should be out of the league.

I find that the media likes recycling QBs even more than the teams do.

I hadn't thought too much about the Argos being interested in some of the FA DB's. But with Stubler back he might want a different type DB than some of the hold overs. There are some good ones available. Import DB's fortunately or (unfortunately for them) aren't generally a high ticket. Except a good Canadian like Gabriel.
One can always hope for a Bourke or Laurent, but I don't know if Barker has the cap space left for those guys. I believe Greenwood is coming back, and if Jim can get Whitaker, Laing and Harris resigned, that would be ok with me. Then take a run at Chambers for one of the WR spots and go with three Imports on the OLine.
