Winnipeg has committed to young Goosen at C which is why Picard was released...wonder if Keeping, who is a strong leader, converts to G?

Maybe Goosen moves over to Guard, or maybe he hasn't shown he is capable of playing in the CFL just yet. At least O'Shea knows what he's got in Keeping.
