Wasn't a fan of his, but best of luck to him.

I didn't follow the Panthers closely this season, but did note that their punter wasn't very good in the Super Bowl

I know he hired a personal trainer and committed himself to fitness (for a change) in the off-season, so they really must have been really impressed with his workout.

I'm going to miss Swayze but I hope he stays healthy and lights it up for Carolina.

Great guy and kicker. Good for him and i hope his NFL dreams come true and he milks as much coin out of them as he can. He wants to one day have a goat farm.

Wonder if he signed as a punter or FG kicker. Not a huge fan of his punting style for the CFL, but in the NFL, if you can get big hang time, punting down the middle of the field isn't a bad thing. You will get a fair catch more often than not.

I believe he signed as a punter.

The only milk I drink. Cross Wind Goat Farms just south east of Peterborough. Swayze actually has contacted that farm and Haute Goat near Campbellford. He loves goats.

Goats milk, eh? It's all starting to come together :)

Waters did a good job in Toronto but truthfully I'm not broken hearted at his departure.

Double Dare he doesn't like goats the same way that you like sheep. Daaare.

I believe he signed as a punter. It's a good thing, because his placekicking is not consistent enough for the NFL and his groin may not be able to handle it. With the short 100 yd field and 53.5 yard width of the American field, punting won't be as big a burden on his groin as it was on the longer wider Canadian Football field. He has a chance, and I do like him, but I thought the writing was on the wall with his injury early this season, let alone his second injury.

It's why I advocated for the keeping of young WLU grad Ronnie Pfeffer, who may one day still be an Argonaut as the Redblacks may not offer him that valuable playing oppurtunity.

Waters has been cut by the Panthers.

as much as I liked Swayze, think Hajrullahu is doing an adequate job (minus the brutal montreal game) and he's a Canadian as well.

Swayze was an American and had some injury issues which was not ideal.

I liked Swayze, but I doubt we see him in an Argo uniform in the short-term future unless LH really goes on a bad streak.

I'd rather not see Swayze back. Sorry, but 3 out of 4 seasons he completed under 75% of his field goals.

Ideally, there will be no need to even consider Waters returning to the Argos.

Any word on how Marcus Ball is looking? Wouldn't mind taking him back if the opportunity ever arises.

Als could take a run at Waters with the Vaughan Martin release.
