This a big blow to Hamilton. They also lost their O-line coach recently as well. Good on Drew Edwards to get a story out when a coach leaves.

The timing of Condell leaving isn't the greatest; considering most teams have their coaching staff locked up, and it's not as if there's a large amount of coaches with CFL experience sitting at home. In saying that; IMO losing Condell isn't much of a loss, as I've always felt that he was just an extension of Austin.
