Anyone know anything about producing podcasts?

Toying with the idea of an ArgoFans podcast, but I do not have the technical expertise required to do one. Anyone know anything about it?

All you need is a good quality microphone. That's what I read online when someone asked the Lions Den Twitter account.

Other than that, I'm clueless.

I could edit the audio in something as simple as movie maker or use acid pro if you wanted sound effects/an intro song.
