While I haven't seen all of them yet it looks like "same old, same old". The only team that looks like it has changed is Seattle (and they look better than the old garbage they were wearing). It's all about function, rather than fashion.

Why do I bring this up here? Because if the CFL jerseys are changing then I'm not sure we can expect much.

I really hope that there are changes. I don't like the looks of the CFL jerseys, at least today's versions. I own a few jerseys, but the last Argos jersey I bought was from 1991 (I have a 1994 jersey, but it was given to me by Dan Payne). I don't see this changing this year. Hopefully I'm wrong.......

What does everyone else think?

I love the late 70's and early to mid 80's look. Although I actually don't mind the current look. Just don't do anything too radical. That's all I ask.

If it's a Reebok design which it is they will be crap. They add stupid lines here and there that just aren't needed. The shoulder areas of The Stamps jerseys look plain stupid. Depending on the size of player the lines and fabric swatches near the shoulders are all different sizes. Looks very patchy.
I hope they improve but I doubt it.

Same as the Argo colours were the same as the Titans. Those aren't true Cambridge and Oxford blues.

I thought for sure that Nike would try to do something different to separate themselves from that Reebok crap.

Who is doing the new CFL jerseys this year - Reebok, or Nike?

In talking with the equipment guy at the locker sale, he said picture a modern take on the late 60's early 70 uniforms with stripes.

Simplicity works best on football jerseys. With 100th. anniversary of the GC it is a nice opportunity to go with something new with classic lines at least for this season. I think the Alouettes and Stampeders have the most room for improvement. Montreal's is way too busy and scattered. Calgary uniform makes them look like Ballerinas.

Will also be interesting to see what direction Ottawa goes with. I hope they get completely away from the red and go with a Black with Silver/white highlights if they stick with the black. Silver/blue theme similar to the Dallas Cowboys would be very sharp too. i think they should get as far away from the past as they can.

I disagree on Ottawa, needs to be those colours. As for Montreal, I think the white helmets we saw 2 years back were stunning but they need to get rid of that cartoon bird. The "delta" was and remains, their best logo.
