Well he's in great shape but not much of a training vid. I remember last summer on our trip back to Ontario we stopped in for a practice and Cory had on these very strange large flat bottom weighted shoes.

They help with a quicker first step and quickness in general. Also increase your vertical a bit after a lot of use.

^ I don't want to start rumours there is a rift between teammates. Last year I got bashed for saying based on my time at practice Cleo Lemon doesn't look like he's close to the other quarterbacks because you always see Jyles, Bell and Hall together and then Cleo by himself.

cleo however isnt on the team anymore so thats not an issue
we cant even know if ray gets along with anybody though because he hasnt spent time with most of them yet
