I watch movies while working out (cardio rowing + assorted lifting). I choose unchallenging films that I've seen before but are visually entertaining and either subtitled or light on dialogue. Today's selection was "Enter the Ninja"... Very dumb indeed.

I can pretty much listen to anything, but usually during workouts it's a combo of pre 90's rock and house music over the last 5 years.

I love old school jazz and swing music, but it just doesn't work when I'm working out lol.

Today I worked out to the Rifftrax version of the '70s Chuck Norris movie "Breaker-Breaker". Bad call on my part. The movie is obviously terrible, so the proper way to appreciate it is to catch all of the snarky Rifftrax commentary - which I couldn't really do.
