Just for Gabe.
:)

Right now who is the better Quarterback?

He also threw 6 TDs compared to Willy's 3.

Full Argos stats:

Willy
2016
TOR
4 GP
77 COMP
113 ATT
681 YDS
3 TD
1 INT
6.0 AVG

LeFevour
2016
TOR
4 GP
73 COMP
105 ATT
779 YDS
6 TD
6 INT
7.4 AVG

So how is Willy any better than Lefevour?

Right now this is the worst Argonauts trade in my 25+ years as an Argonauts fan. And when this trade was made I was arguing to give it and Willy a chance. Boy was I wrong!

According to CFLstats.ca in 2016:

Willy was sacked 25 times in 16 games.
LeFevour was sacked 5 times in 10 games.

I'm still searching for Willy's Argonauts only stats.

Didn't you vote in this Poll?

Willy looked great during his first few games of 2014 with the Bombers, then the injury bug hit him, and he's looked scared ever since. I wish somehow he could get his confidence back. I even used to wish that before he was an Argo, because he was a really good QB when he had some confidence. So I voted Willy. Lefevour didn't really do much with Montreal or Hamilton, but had that really awesome game with Toronto. Oh well, the way things are going right now, I really don't know.

This may come down to a shoot out. An off season QB controversy of two back ups. What do they say something like, "the back up QB is always the most popular guy on the roster". I don't know if that is going to be the case in Argo land this year. lol

In the off season the bar is pretty low, I think.

I figure Neely is just having fun with this one.

Personally, I don't really care.
The Argos were 5-13 last year, starting Ray, Kilgore, Lefevour, and Willy.
I think their issues go well beyond the quarterback.

Don't necessarily think he's better, but I think Lefevour scrambling ability gives him the edge. Well that and he's not shell shocked.

Yes, Yes and Yes. Start with the OL. Improve that, and a lot of other issues became less critical.

Yes of course but a mobile quarterback will help out a weak O line. Also Willy's accuracy has not looked good even when he was given time by the O line.
