I think this is a great offer and kudos to both the Argos and Tiger-Cats for co-promoting this.

So Argofans, I'm going to make a bit of a plea here, we all know that Ticat fans love to come to Toronto in numbers and love to boast about the fact they come out to Toronto in numbers. Now, admittedly the Argonauts do not currently possess the fanbase to (i) return the favor when the Argos play in Hamilton or (ii) sellout BMO to the extent that it keeps Ticat fans out. But, surely it must bother a few of us that this happens.

I know that a lot of you are reluctant to go to Hamilton, but I'd encourage you to go and cheer on your Double Blue. We got to show that we can return the favor (to some extent) in Hamilton.

The issue with this is that if you already have seasons tix, half the package is redundant.

I thought that as well. I guess for STHs it still makes sense for the Ticat portion alone. We usually attend the Argos games in Hamilton. We'd probably give away the BMO ticket portion to some minor league football players.

Great promotion, though doesn't fit with me as I already have season tix for both.

Good promotion but we already have Argonauts season tickets and have had too many bad experiences with Hamilton fans.

My wife has a co-worker who are Ti-Cat STHs so we'll see if they don't have tickets to the home opener at BMO, we may be able to split this offer and take the respective road games.

I think it is a great promotion. I know people that are not season ticket holders that got the email as well. Why not work with the ticats to promote games and the league. Just another way to create excitement.

As for going to Hamilton, I have gone many many times and even when you attempt to mind your business something always occurs, but it is worth it. Just ignore the idiots as the vast majority are fine. Just supporting their team. If people are so worried go undercover and wear black and don't cheer :). What I hate the most especially on Labour Day is how many times I leave depressed.

Yeah but you shouldn't have to go undercover to watch your team on the road. We decided that it's just not worth it because it isn't fun and we don't need the hassle or headaches for us or our kids.

I think the new stadium brings in better "fans" than what the old IW brought in. Haven't seen anything occur in the new TH Field.

It is a rough place to watch a game but I agree with others that it is better in the new stadium. Never experienced that in any other CFL stadium or even NHL for that matter.

1st time but have been a promoter on some of the other CFL sites.
Good idea Ti-Cats and Argos! We should expand on this.
Each team needs to show tickets to all games involving their own team. Example - If RB or Al's are hosting Argos, then we would see those games on the Argos ticket master site and when they play in TO they would see BMO field. I don't know how many more tickets it would sell but I think it would have some effect on sales.
