Hamilton is vastly improved over last year while the Riders are heading in the opposite direction, making the Tiger Cats the favourites.

The 18-13 score reflected the fact the game was a defensive struggle in which neither team scored an offensive TD until late in the fourth quarter when Thigpen ran 34 yards into the end zone and the Riders needed a TD by Charleston Hughes off a fumble recovery in order to win.

Masoli passes for 333 yards and Bridge for only 100 but the Riders somehow pulled it out. Another penalty filled game which was tough to watch.

Very painful to watch. Ham should have had the game in hand by half time.
I think it caught up to Ham later in the game with the small receivers. (Tasker, Saunders, Banks). Tasker is the only one who fights for the ball. Banks is a threat but can’t be a primary target on most plays. He puts more effort into drawing an interference than making the catch!!

I actually wanted Ham to win as I’m sick of the Jones and Carter show!
Also got real tired hearing about the 9 game 300 yards passing record. I’ll take a QB getting 250 yards and 2-3 TD’s a game any time!!!!

Thought the Rider d-line was the difference in this game.

Multiple blitz packages sure helped.

Brandon Banks had another 100+ yard game to give him the league lead in reception yardage, reflecting the fact that he has greatly improved as a receiver from his first years in the league when he was primarily a returner.
