I've found it to be a great playoffs and actually one of the worst of the many games I watched was the first Stanley Cup game. Hopefully now the hate will be on today. I've missed one game maybe all playoffs. The one great thing about the west coast is the time games come on. Go Kings Go!!

I thought that the first round was, by far, the best one. I have been gradually losing interest since and have found the hockey to be somewhat less than exciting since the end of the first round as well. The only player I want to see blocking shots is the goaltender.

The NHL's second "Dead Puck Era" is in full force now. The officials, for some reason, have gotten away from calling the obstruction penalties which opened the game up for a brief time.

THey have put the whistles away. The game doesn't drag into overtime if they make some of those obvious calls.

They sure are not watching south of the border . Heres a pretty good blog featuring 66 shows that are getting better ratings than the Stanley Cup final stateside.

The best comparison is with the NBA playoffs and the NHL isn't even in the ballpark as far as the NBA's numbers go.

Well yet another southern team about to win. This team has shown how you can come together, gel and dominate. Unreal! I bet the flyers feel stupid trading away the so called party animals who are about to become champs. Smart move on LA for getting Carter who's finally getting his feet under him in LA. Richards is solid as well. Great job by Sutter.

I've never considered California a part of the south. Better description might be non-traditional hockey market.

LA is a southern soaked in sunshine kind of place. I know when you here the term south or deep south one thinks of the southern states in the east.

15-2 so far in the playoffs and 10-0 on the road are remarkable feats. The ownership might not be too happy only getting 8 home games in the entire postseason though. ;)

I consider the 'South' as the states that formed the Confederacy in the 1860's.

Devils live to fight another day.

If they can win on Saturday, we might have a series after all.

LA is far south of Vancouver Island and it's sunny and warmer. That's south to me. hahaha.

One never knows. If Marty can help them pull out a win on Sat they could put some fear into LA. Should be fun.

If LA doesn't win tonight they are in deep. If Jersey comes back this will have to be the comeback of all times. I wanted LA but really don't care just as long as the Leafs are the next Canadian team to win the cup.

Steve Bernier should think about taking a separate flight back to New Jersey.

LA found the right time to have their power play click in a big way. What was Jersey's final shot total 14.

So FA opens today !

Gaustad resigns 4 year deal for $13M with Nashville !

Burke needs to get Rick Nash , its all i want this offseason the leafs need to get this guy ...Forget going after Luongo and that awful contract what they need at G , is to pickup up Biron to be a mentor to Reimer.

Nash isn't worth what they want.

The Leafs did the right thing today -- relatively little.
