Hamilton has been dominant throughout the season in most aspects of the game, so unless Harris can repeat his remarkable passing performance against the Als, the Tiger Cats are likely to win.

This will be a close game featuring two teams that have talent in all 3 phases of the game and a playoff rookie QB vs a proven veteran QB.

Hard not to take Hamilton. Also hard to take them. But I see the Ticats winning, probably by 10+.

I feel dirty writing this .....but I hope Hamilton smokes Edmonton.

I think it will be very close, but with Ham winning.
Nice to see Bralon Addison become an important piece to the offence. Can't believe he couldn't make the jump to our roster in 2018. Then released to make room for Carter. Ouch!

Hamilton's defence is going to make Trevor Harris's day miserable. I don't think that this will be a close game at all. Also glad to see so many ex-Argos finding success with both of these teams, even if I have to watch Jim Barker bouncing around the sidelines dressed in all black with that goofy grin, lol.

Hamilton is too talented and well coached and should steamroll Edmonton, I’m hoping for a East-West Grey Cup game👍

While i tend to agree, the superb play of Trevor Harris - in 2 straight CFL play-off seasons (2 all time best CFL play-off game QB performances IMO) - should not be over-looked in this equation - he blew away the Ticat D last year in the play-offs ( should be lots of motivation for them to respond strongly); Harris has anything close to those 2 type of games and the Ticats could be in trouble; they MUST have a strong D that pressures Harris and leads to sacks or picks or forced & recovered fumbles; the Esks run game is nothing to worry about with no commitment there and a mediocre ball carrier in Gable. That, plus the Ticats are trotting out a very inexperienced QB with no play-off experience. Further cause for Ticat concern IMO.

I`d bet on a Ticat win by 10+ points, but I would not at all be surprised by an Esks upset - with Harris having another strong game and their pretty average D (with a weak D-backfield) being able to step-up for a good game as well.

It kills me to say this but I think the Grey Cup is Hamilton's to lose. By the way, is there going to be a Grey Cup viewing party in Toronto?

It has been hard to watch all of these ex-Argos, many of whom brought us the Cup in 2017, playing at such a high level for the Ticats after having been released by the Argos. But now that our season is over, what the hell, for the sake of those same players, I am okay with Hamilton winning it all this year. If Argos were still in the mix, well, that's a different story but those guys gave us fans everything they had while in double blue, so good on them.

Absolutely. And the city and fans of Hamilton do support their team. Good on them.

Interesting , a Game Thread with nothing posted thru the entire game! Why? Simple...there was never any question who the
Beasts of the East were. Eskimos were never in it. Ticats would not let them in it. Impressive performance on Offence,
on Defence, on Special Teams. Liram just does not miss. Well deserved Ticats. No choking, no nerves, no problem.
Top notch coaching from Steinauer, Condell et al. This teamis a class act.
Good Luck from ArgoFans in the 2019 Grey Cup.

Hats off to Orlando Steinauer for taking this team to dominance in the CFL.

This game went pretty much as I predicted. Harris had a hard time completing passes that went more than 5 yards down field. I’m convinced if Montreal didn’t play zone all game last week they would have beaten Edmonton too.

Yes. Since Steinauer was hired, I knew it'd be harder to hate the Ti-Cats. They are a great team and deserve this championship although they haven't won anything yet.

I find a lot of redeeming qualities in both remaining teams, so I won't be upset no matter what happens. But I am cheering for Wpg to end their 29-year drought, and I think it will happen despite how dominant Hamilton looks.

I am pleased that the west vs. west Grey Cup has been denied, but this doesn't make it any less fathomable that Hamilton is in the Grey Cup game.

Seeing as how Winnipeg has played a number of years as an East division team, I am laying claim that this is an all Eastern Grey Cup.

Never thought of it that way Angelo, I’m happy for my son who has long suffered with the Ticats and offered his support to the Argos in the Grey Cup a couple of years ago.
I’m putting a lifetime of Tiger Cat dislike aside and honouring a promise I made to him to support his team in their quest for a championship.

Winnipeg has a huge cup drought, they are the underdog, I used to live there, if they win they may be forced to re-sign Collaros, and they are not Hamilton.

Pretty easy choice for me.

I tried but he’s bigger than I am now😛
I suspect the world will fall back into order next year and the Argonauts will be back where they belong atop the East.
