Potential free agent Canadian DL Makana Henry has signed a two year extension with the Riders. In 2019, his fourth year in the league he played all 18 games, while making 26 DTs and 3 sacks.

American RB Brandon Rutley has extended with the Lions.

The Riders have extended Canadian RB Kienan Lafrance through 2021. He had 15 ST tackles but only 2 rushes for 9 yards, no receptions and no kickoff returns despite playing in all 18 games. In previous seasons he has shown some signs of promise as a RB including gaining 157 yards in a Redblack playoff game.

The Eskimos have extended American DB Brian Walker through 2022, American RB Shaq Cooper through 2020, and released American DL Nick Usher to pursue NFL opportunities.

The Riders have extended Canadian OL Dan Clark and Braden Shram through 2021, as well as American DB Nick Marshall through 2020, and released American LB Derrick Moncrief to pursue NFL opportunities.

The Als have Canadian OL Kristian Matte, who is an11 year veteran as well as winner of the Most Outstanding Montreal OL for the last four years, and Sean Jamieson, a four year veteran who started 14 games last year, to extensions through 2021.

The Eskimos have extended Canadians OL David Beard, DB Jordan Hoover and OL Jacob Ruby, as well as Americans RB Christian Jones and DL Mike Moore.
