James Wilder Jr. announced his retirement today because of the uncertainty of the 2020 season. While he played a major role in getting the Argos to the Grey Cup game in 2017, he never lived up to his early promise over time. He pocketed a $25,000 signing bonus with the Als this year.
Wilder will become head trainer at his family's gym and a high school running coach.
