What's gone wrong with EDIT POST?

I can't EDIT my posts all of a sudden this year. When I hit EDIT POST to make a change to my post, rather than getting my post to edit/modify.correct, I get a blank box. I don't understand. My previous post should be in the box so I can make the necessary changes.

This is the case whether I'm using Google Chrome on my home computer or either Internet Explorer or Firefox on the computer at the Public Library.

What's wrong? What happened?

Hmmmmm. It seeme I can EDIT the post above and some others, but I can't EDIT the last post I made in the Fantasy thread:

Are you able to take a screenshot of the problem?

I checked permissions and there isn't anything that should suggest an issue.

Rather than beating my head against the wall trying to find the snipping tool/screen capture on this computer, I did a work around of the problem. I copied my post to my clipboard and then pecked in only my last line again after hitting EDIT. Only the last line re-appeared in my edited post but that was fine. I then posted the rest of my initial post again and of course it appeared at the bottom of the thread which was fine.

It's strange -- it shows a post was made, and if I go into your profile and posting history it shows the post.

The forum permissions don't suggest anything amiss.

Anyone know anything about vBulletin?

Just checked and you're right. The entire gamethread is blank.

For some reason when he edited his post it created something weird in the database.

I managed to clear the database to allow the thread to show again, you can retype your post.

My post has reappeared, but I am still unable to edit. All I wanted to do is fix the spelling of Brescacin, but it shall remain as is to risk further destruction using my IPad.
