How can I subscribe to all topics I post?

From what I can see, I have to check mark a topic I post on to receive notifications of anything new, but is there a way in the settings to turn it on, so I don't have to do it manually every time?

Click on Settings in the Top Right, From there, on the list on the right hand side you'll see General Settings.

After you click on that you'll then see

Default Thread Subscription Mode:

And set that to the option you wish to have
