What the bloody hell? Not only do I have to re-create all my Leagues, but I can't even find a way to upload the avatar I've been using for the past seven or so years.

Okay. So I've re-created the Leagues that have been of interest to Argonaut fans and certain other CFL supporters:

Dick's Shadows - League PIN Code 5109HYLW (For Dick Shatto fans.)

Chester's Cookies - League PIN Code U02XCSWO (For Cookie Gilchrist fans.)

Ol' Spaghetti Legs - League PIN Code 69ZQFXBJ (For Jackie Parker fans.)

Pinball Wizards - League PIN Code YHBJFENX (For Mike Clemons fans.)

London Lords - League PIN Code ACONDI12 (For CFL fans with a sentimental attachment to London, Ontario.)

Balticboys - League PIN Code YWE4UGJB (For CFL fans of Baltic ancestry/descent.)

Sorry no avatars yet but here is the link to join any of these Leagues:

As it turned out, you only need the code if you have a private league.

I absolutely hate and despise the double points for your Captain feature. That means one pick will be the difference between a fabulous week and an absolutely pathetic week. One pick! That introduces a very strong additional random element to scoring. It's a feature that hurts the hardcore stat junkie player to whom Fantasy is a marathon and is designed to reward the casual dilettante who's now even more likely to luck into one big week which will land the dilettante into the very inappropriately named Champions League. Even in past years weekly winners were very rarely among the really good players based on full season standings. There's going to be even more variability this year so last week's cellar dweller will be even more likely to emerge as this Week's winner.

Since I'm one of those hardcore stat junkie players, the additional random element will make it much tougher for me to excel. Here I've been looking forward to CFL Fantasy for a couple of months now and the League gives me the back of its hand - again!

Speaking of the CFL Game Zone, I've very much enjoyed Blitz Picks since it was launched in the second half of the season last year. And with the increase in the number of questions from eight to ten this year, it's even more fun!

Has anybody tried to log into Fantasy from TSN this year? I used to do it all the time in previous years but I tried it just now and it doesn't work.

I'm beyond furious with "Genius" Sports for fouling up Fantasy in multiple ways from wiping out Leagues to wiping out avatars to adopting a more confusing format. And now it seems that the scoring system is fouled up as well. I don't see that the B.C. Lions Defence has been awarded the ten points it should have gotten for shutting out the Elks.

How does "Genius" Sports manage to even botch the scoring? Unbelievable!

I've already sent "Genius" Sports an email lambasting them for not just failing to award the Lions' Defence with the additional ten points but for their overall sloppiness. Some of you fellows should do the same.

Moreover in the Scoring section I don't actually see any provision for a Defence being awarded six points for a TD. I don't know if the provision is still there or not.

One other detail with respect to scoring this year. Points are not prorated for Passing Yards. If a QB passed for 320 yards last year, Fantasy participants with that QB would have earned 12.8 points. This year it's just 12.0. That's bad.

This topic really should be taken out of the double blue room. It has nothing to do with the Argos. My suggestion would be Sociable.

A lousy one.

The CFL Room is the place for this thread.

Well that's easy enough for you to rectify, is it not?

I'm sick to death of the CFL's/Fantasy Sports' repeated bungling of both the stats and the Fantasy scoring in the fourth week now! The numbers from Saturday's Blue Bombers-Alouettes game are still badly bungled. It's not nuclear physics. All that's required is simple addition and subtraction. And yes, I have told them exactly that!

I finished 9th overall for Week 7. I was 2nd and 0.1 behind the leader with a chance at $2,500.00 up until the last Calgary drive before OT. An Ottawa turnover may have put me over the top, but Calgary got the FG. Then Ottawa goes and wins it in OT.

Tht really sucks Will. I'm sure it eases the pain when I tell you I won 43.94 on my $2 fandual parlay which included Edmonton to cover and an under in that game, along with Argos, Lions and RedBlacks covers. Well, it eased my pain anyway. :)
