2023 Canadians in the NCAA

Because of the 2020 Covid exemption, many players officially classified as seniors are eligible to play in 2023, so with that in mind I have included JC Abbott's All-Star selections out of the more than 200 Canadians who competed in NCAA football in 2022, since many will be returning in 2023. Good news for Kurtis Rourke. He has been cleared to play for Ohio this week after suffering an injury last week after going 8/10 for 75 yards in the early going. He was limping after the injury. Although he missed most of the 2022 season with a torn ACL, but is still ranked as the top Canadian in the 2023 CFL Fall Scouting Bureau report.
