I would love to see Winnipeg real stuck in the basement. As Pinball told me once at practice when he was coach, you NEVER cheer for teams behind you to win. I happen to agree since it can make life easier for us to sit pretty in the playoff picture. I can't see Winnipeg winning with guys dropping like flies.

This game is Exhibit A as to it doesn't matter how good of WRs you have if your quarterback sucks. Both Peg and Esks have really good WR corps, but Jyles and Brink are horrid.

Sometimes the officiating in the CFL is awful. That was not a high hit on Jyles, the peg got screwed there.

I think the Eskimos forgot that the game still goes on after the third quarter.

Last year, I really hoped that it would all click for Jyles in Toronto but he was injured for half of the season and never had a great chance to reach his potential. He has been in the league since 2006 and I am just not seeing an ability from him this year to raise his game to the next level. That fumble at the end tonight was tough to see. Esks fans are living through what we Argo fans lived through from '07 to '11.

I think it's still too early to say who will finish where. The Eskimo defense should keep them in most games, and let's not forget the Bombers losses were all on the road. Let's see what they do with this four game home-stand.
