It helps that the Argos have a loss to avenge against Hamilton. I won't feel so bad when this game resembles the rugby match from Monty Python's The Meaning of Life.

Students vs. The Teachers. Classic. The scene immediately prior to the game was John Cleese at his best.IssuesMcgee wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2024 7:34 pm It helps that the Argos have a loss to avenge against Hamilton. I don't know what to think going into this game. By record, and on paper, Argos are the better team. Ti-Cats have been a hot mess all season, BUT, it's Labour Day in Hamilton. Bringing back Chris Jones resulted in better performance by their defense last game, and they have already beaten us once at TMH.
Bottom line, I believe we win this one, but it won't be easy. Expect a lot of nastiness, especially with the return of Chad Kelly.

Was their defence good last game, or was the Bombers offence down 2 O-lineman just bad?RB957 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 2:38 pm I don't know what to think going into this game. I think the Argos are going to lay the boots to the Ti-Cats on Monday.

If they are able to lay the boots to the Ticats that may be the catalyst for the Argos to go on a massive run in the final 7 plus playoffs. Kelly is fresh. 9 games plus 3 playoff games is only a 12 game season for him. That's like College.AngeloV wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 4:57 pmWas their defence good last game, or was the Bombers offence down 2 O-lineman just bad?RB957 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 2:38 pm I don't know what to think going into this game. Winnipeg has struggled on offense most of the season, but yet Chris Jones is suddenly the Second Coming as a DC according to many who cover the CFL. Hamilton doesn't have the talent on either side of the ball hence 2-9.AngeloV wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 4:57 pmWas their defence good last game, or was the Bombers offence down 2 O-lineman just bad?RB957 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 2:38 pm I don't know what to think going into this game. I think Kelly will pick apart the Ticats secondary. Last game, Bombers drove the field in short order, with the game on the line (despite Jones genius). I see on fb Hamilton fans are planning to protest Kelly with signs, etc. I wonder what effect that might have?

Should be entertaining reading all the spelling mistakes on those signs.Joseph Barnes wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 9:05 pm I think Kelly will pick apart the Ticats secondary.
