So instead of celebrating an outstanding play by a Canadian who pushed his blocker into the ball carrier which caused a fumble that essentially clinched the Grey Cup for his team, your issue is a play that CFL teams have run for decades with a high degree of success?

Amazing.
What's way more amazing is your types getting all bent out of shape cause you hear something that questions CFL same old norms?

Are you saying a goal-line plunge, from the 2 yard line, by a back-up QB (and not a big powerful one) is pretty well as good as guaranteed a TD? And you never see that play-call stopped / stuffed? All teams run it to perfection, and there is no other play that can produce a TD in that situation? That play did work great - for the Riders to win the GC. And if you believe that "decades" ago all CFL teams deferred to that same basic play from the goal-line, you are most ill informed or have no clue.

The superior play made by a defensive back knocking his blocker into the ball carrier was the point, not the play call. Yet you chose to turn the play call, and a running play of all things, into another of your rants.
