Very happy with all three of these, especially Darkangelo!

Yes, Darkangelo and Ungerer were both pending free agents so this is great news!

Happy with all three but Herslow is a great signing, talented receiver who loves to compete!

It's good to see that the new mgmt group is now doing what every other team has been doing for weeks -- getting key players re-signed/extended.

The number of high-quality guys who will get to free agency is decreasing although there are still some interesting names on there:

IMO one guy who is going to get a really big payday is A.J. Allen.

I hope the Argos seriously go after either Dejon Allen or Jarell Broxton, and I'd be very happy to get Adarius Pickett, Jake Ceresna and/or Marc-Antoine Dequoy.

A lot of excellent players on that FA list, and of course most will co$t lots. Where to spend the bucks? - agreed on a need for a good OT - Allen might come cheaper than Broxton plus is familiar with Argo town. DBs like T. Campbell and Holm (recently had an NFL look) are big areas of need IMO. Have a feeling DeQuoy will stay in his Als home, but might have to take a pay-cut; Katsantonis is the best S in the league IMO, but is going to be in for a big pay-day. Doubt Ceresna has any interest in returning; Howsare had a big year but is maybe over-rated by that now - he's been fairly average in the past. Love to get Pickett back - with McManis (please stay) & Judge = would be the best LB unit in the league, but not sure he would be interested in this Argo re-build ?

Shake 'n Bake are back. Hufnagel and Barker. They are not rebuilding. They are reloading. And every other teams diplomatic immunity has just been revoked!

If McManis and Daniels are not re-signed, it would leave a fair amount of money to sign Brissett and also pick up a good DL and OL player. Both the lines need to be strengthened and it should be a priority when going after free agents. BC has already committed a fair chunk of money on a few players so Allen might well be available, especially if BC breaks the bank to keep Broxton.

I seriously doubt Daniels will be back, unless he takes a pay cut. McManis probably isn't getting much of a raise either.

Regarding Ceresna, I believe the Argos offered him more last off-season than the Elks but there are personal reasons, which I doubt have changed, which made him choose Edmonton instead.

Just to address what Paul mentioned, the Argos signed Ralph Holley back on November 21st and started knocking players off their own free agent list on December 12th with Adam Guillemette. They then re-signed Jack Cassar and Benjie Franklin on December 22nd, so I don't think they have been behind other teams in re-signing players.

I got a feeling #12 is gonna love playing with Herslow. And we’re gonna love watching it.

The Argos have signed OL Marcus Harper II out of Oregon.
