Yeah I wondered the same thing considering that as part of the suspension Kelly had to not only to attend counselling sessions but also had to undergo a confidential psychological assessment.

Paraphrasing Naylor “ If we decide that you do anything that runs afoul of our expectations of you, we get rid of you”
Who would agree to put their career in the hands of a league that clearly shouldn’t be trusted.

This is what 3-down said on May 7:
To be reinstated by the league, Kelly will have to attend mandatory counselling sessions conducted by a gender-based violence expert and undergo assessments by an independent expert. If he doesn't complete the sessions and assessments to the CFL's satisfaction, the league could modify its discipline against him.
It says if he doesn't complete the sessions and assessment to the CFL's satisfaction, however again, I wonder, if what is missing is the "the assessments don't bring up any other red flags."

Why would Kelly even want to return to this league? Heck, good for Manziel for leaving and saying screw you Randy.

Ambrosie in an F'n joke. Can't help but wonder who is in his ear here.

It's obvious that the Argos and MLSE are supportive of Kelly through all of this, or he would have been gone back in May. I really hope they use their influence on the board to turf Ambrosie after the season. He has been a failure at everything. From his attempt to rid the league of Canadian players, to the botched up expansion, getting everyone's hopes up without a stadium in place, to how this.

Time for the Argos to have Kelly return to practice and file an appeal. They have put up with the excessive suspension now it time to give Ambrosie the Middle Finger.

I watched a film where an amateur golfer got banned from some Open and kept returning as a foreign golfer under a new name. If league isn’t satisfied and turfs Kelly, he can always come back as a global player. QB prospect out of Ireland.
