How can this NOT be a good thing? Many kids will become aware of the Argos for the first time. Others will see the Argos as more legitimized because of the connection with the Bills.

We should be happy that MLSE is finally doing SOMETHING to help market this team. They are also going to sell discounted tickets for kids on the upper east side of BMO, something people have been calling for for years.
All good initiatives for sure Rich, but I suspect there is much more to this than meets the eye.
Time will tell.

Yeah I don’t really trust them either. Obviously it’s not as if MLSE had a collective hallelujah moment and suddenly fell in love with the CFL. No doubt their main motivation is being able to sell all that Bills merch.

But having said that, neither Pelley nor little Eddie Rogers want to be the guy presiding over the demise of the Argonauts. Keith Pelley’s a smart man and this is a signature move of his. When he ran the DP European Golf tour he established a partnership with the PGA that ended up boosting not only the DP Tour’s profits but also its popularity too. So yeah, let’s see how this unfolds.
