It turns out the signing of Arbuckle was a very good move. I was sure Montreal was going to get the ball back and score a field goal to win---however the offense was able to keep moving the ball and eventually ran out the clock. Wow!
Wasn't pretty but who cares when you win. No matter who wins the Western final, the Argos are going to be huge underdogs going into the Grey Cup but maybe, just maybe, this team is a team of destiny.
Coming off the bench like Arbuckle did in those circumstances, under that pressure, he did an amazing job. Three clutch passes to keep the offence on the field and but for the PI on that last throw, that would have been another big completion. So very happy for him after the rollercoaster ride that his career has been.

Bombers will be on a mission, determined not to lose three in a row. But even with Arbuckle at QB, IMO Argos match up well against them. Will have to play better than today on both offence and defence, but perfectly capable of that.
Agreed. After the way they have dismantled Saskatchewan, the Bombers will be heavy favourites. That is perfect. We play better as underdogs.

Looks like Kelly broke his leg. Unbelievable.
TSN reporting that Kelly undergoing surgery in Montreal tonight. Expected to be out at least 9 months.

A damn shame, after reading some idiotic posts on another teams forum regarding Kelly’s injury I’m glad Winnipeg kicked the shit out of their team tonight.

Still remember Henoc Muamba's comment when some commentator said it would be too cold for the Argos in Saskatchewan ahead of the 2022 GC. His reply: "It's not cold enough".

Argos d-line has dominated Bombers o-line this season.

Riders were frauds. They were 2-5 coming into today against the 3 other teams in the divisional finals. And their wins were on a 4 interception game from Cam Dukes and one over the Bombers during their horrible start. I’ve said for years that Trevor Harris is not the QB to win a championship with.

They were +28 in turnover ratio but had the same regular season record as Ottawa who were -12. How in the world does that happen?

To be fair, TSN reported 6 to 9 months.
