Former Argo. Haven’t heard his name in awhile. A nice surprise.

He's been working with the RBC Canadian Open the last couple of years.

At last year's Grey Cup game in Hamilton, he was sitting in the row behind us with his family. When he heard we were Argo fans, he came over and introduced himself. Super nice guy, very personable. Good for him, hope he does well and wish him the best.

Hmmm, maybe a future candidate to be CFL commissioner?

Wishful thinking?

Mike Moreale would be another good replacement for Ambrosie. He has done a great job as Commissioner of the upstart CEBL ( Canadian Elite Basketball League).

A couple of good names suggested.
A commissioner should have business acumen, do what’s best for both the league and the players while maintaining a constructive working relationship between both parties and be relatable and transparent to the leagues fan base.
Ambrosie possesses zero of these traits IMO, he has driven a wedge between the PA and ownership, over promised and under delivered in regards to expansion, embarrassed himself and the league by being terribly unprepared when asking for COVID funding during the pandemic, continues to push the Global player agenda and generally seems full of sh*t whenever he opens his mouth.
