It ain't just QBs these last 3 seasons. Argos had developed the best depth overall these last 3 years Canadian and American. And they have been picked clean. The price of success. Can't keep everyone. But...they have also cut some players that they sorely miss. Dukes is a good guy, but Arbuckle sits near the top of alot of QB stats this season, won GC last year, and looks like the best back up QB in the CFL right now. Thats not debatable. He is the best back up.

Caleb Evans will start this week for Montreal and they're also high on James Morgan. I suspect this is a short-term pitstop for Dukes. MBT has been placed on the 6-game injured list.

I’m happy for Dukes too. He is a super nice guy. Admittedly, I turned against him when certain people on Facebook were being nauseating with their almost cult like love for him last year.
Borderline stalking him IMO.

Well .... "Nauseating cult like love" describes a lot of sports fandom. People can like whatever team they want for whatever reason they want, and similarly can like whatever quarterback they like too.

I suspect that Dukes' stay in Montreal will be longer with Caleb Evans now injured. I also believe that they will just 6-game MBT for the rest of the season.

He hasn't played well this year, obviously, and staying on IR is a definite possibility. But MBT is working hard to rehab his elbow, and the injury to Evans might change the equation. It will be interesting to watch how things unfold.

Oh really? Dukes was only signed by Montreal as an emergency due to injury. Sounds like you are implying he is going to be the Als starting QB for the next decade.

Sure. I like Dukes too. Met him on the street and he was a real cool dude. It just gets stalking like when hundreds of pictures are taking of the unsuspecting person.
What would the response be if a male took hundreds of pictures of a cheerleader?
To each their own. I personally find it creepy.

The Dukes obsession really took off when Kelly has dealing with that lawsuit. People started to push for Dukes to overtake the #1 spot. Anyone but Kelly at that point. But it did get weird and over the top.
