I read Kelly was taken off the 6 Game Injured List, is week to week & Arbuckle was taking 1st team reps? As for Edmonton, they have a pile of injuries, especially on D. If the Argos can control Rankin, this game isn't even close.

Dinwiddie says that Arbuckle will start versus Edmonton. It would seem that Chad's mobility isn't quite where Coach would like it.

Starting Arbuckle is the only thing that makes sense at this point. If he struggles, Kelly's available. Whereas if they started Kelly and he struggled, or the Argos lost, there would be tons of second guessing about screwing up chemistry, etc.

I agree 100%. There is no way that Kelly will be near to being "game-ready" after having missed all of TC and more than half the season.

And even if Arbuckle is not struggling, there is nothing to say that Kelly can't be put in at some point during the game to change the pace and keep the Elk's defence guessing. Plus give him so real game action to see how he does.

I am not going to be able to make this weekend's game, but was happy that I could donate my tickets to be used by members of the Canadian Forces.

When Kelly put that video up on Instagram, I am sure that he thought that he would be in the lineup this week.
