Monday at 11:00 a.m. there's another CFL Alumni Lunch session at the Penalty Box Sports Pub at the Scotiabank Pond, 57 Carl Hall Road in North York, adjacent to the former Argos facility at Downsview.
I'll be in conversation with former CFL player & current broadcaster Duane Forde in what promises to be a lively discussion, not only about his playing & broadcasting careers, but about the current state of the game & upcoming rule changes.
It’s free to attend, & food and beverages are available throughout the session. I hope you can join us.

Cathy and I both enjoyed this very much. It was interesting hearing Duane Forde's perspective on all the rule changes and some great anecdotes from his career.
Thanks, Mike for the invitation, for the rest of you, you should go to this kind of thing.

Thanks Dictator.
I spoke with Paul Patkskou, the organizer, about making this bigger and better. I've also spoken with Jason Pottinger of the Alumni Association about how to get that group more involved.
We're all in agreement that we can work together to do this, and also to hold these in the evening when more people can attend.
I'd be happy to hear any other suggestions.
I'm very happy to hear you enjoyed the event.

Or a weekend, potentially.
