Interesting that they are not gassing both guys -- maybe mgmt cap implications? Or patience with Burke, I suppose.

Who will Ott look at for the HC position? Mickey Donovan a possibility? Depending on what happens with the Bombers, wonder if they will seek permission to talk to O'Shea.

I wonder if the Argos might repatriate William Fields, as a result of these changes in Ottawa. I have no idea what Shawn Burke will do with the Redblacks.

Big mistake there not getting rid of Burke as well, IMO; but maybe they can't afford to ? They're likely dumb enough there to recycle Rick Campbell as HC or maybe bring back LaPo. Same old.

Anthony Calvillo, Orlando Steinauer, Marc Mueller, Mike O'Shea, Henry Burris are names being discussed.

I thought they should get rid of Burke too. He hired Dyce over Mace. That by itself is a fireable offense.

In Burke's defence, Mace had only been a defensive coordinator for a year when the Ottawa head coaching job came available. Mace's resume looked much better a year later after the 16-2 record the Argos put together in 2023.

Justin Dunk at 3downnation.com has been trying to push for Ottawa to go after Ryan Dinwiddie.

Dinwiddie would be the best hire, but I am guessing he would want GM/HC title. He is an assistant GM in Toronto for all intents and purposes and likes being in Toronto and I'm sure is being well paid here.
