Shawn Lemon suspension upheld

I don't know how much of an impact he made on the Als 4-0 start, but still bloody convenient he got to play those 4 games.
Lemon didn't seem to be as much of a factor this year. Dukes turned him inside out on one play last week. Anyway, I guess he will retire again.
You can’t say that. He always commands a lot of attention which frees up others to make plays. I said at the time, and still believe if the league is going to take big money from gambling sites as sponsors, they need to also apply a rule for players betting. Personally, I think if a player wants to bet $100 on his own team to win, there should be no issue with that. Maybe allow bets up to $100, and only allow players to bet on their own teams to win…no spread involved, because then the possibility of point shaving is there.
Agreed, also if a player bets on his team to win I have no issue with it, no prop bets allowed and certainly not allowed to bet against your own team.GreyCup1971 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 06, 2024 3:55 pm Peter Dyakowski said it best "I'm all for moral rigidity, but when the league takes buckets of cash from gambling companies and uses the

Gambling was the saviour of the league not so long ago.
A $100 bet on the CFL. I originally thought suspending for life a retired player was a product placement ad. haha
The CFL is a joke now. Thanks Randy.
Ambrosie has to go, and go now. Does he think he's Judge Landis and Shawn Lemon is "Shoeless" Joe Jackson. This isn't MLB.ARGO57 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 06, 2024 4:11 pmAgreed, also if a player bets on his team to win I have no issue with it, no prop bets allowed and certainly not allowed to bet against your own team.GreyCup1971 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 06, 2024 3:55 pm Peter Dyakowski said it best "I'm all for moral rigidity, but when the league takes buckets of cash from gambling companies and uses the

Ambrosie certainly is a clown!
