Time to get back on the right track.

I don't know if Arbuckle will necessarily result in a positive result on Saturday, but I'm willing to find out. Dukes simply has not got it done over the past 4 games, and the team's record at 1-3 in that span is partially a reflection of this.AngeloV wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2024 10:32 am My hopes for this game:
Mital, Ungerer and Adeleke return.
Argos take Flo off the 6 game early.
Ceresna is good to go.
And start Arbuckle. He’s not exactly my favourite QB, but you can’t continue to play a QB that seems unwilling to throw more than 7 yards down field. I would actually like to see them give Scott a start, but I don’t see that happening.
AV, didn't Orimolade go on the 6-game after the opener against BC? If so, he could return next week.AngeloV wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 5:03 pm Some positive news on the injury front. As all of Ungerer, Mital, Adeleke, Bailey, Ceresna, Blackburn and Priester listed as available for Saturday.
Orimilade practiced full all week, but listed as out, so I guess he will stay on the 6 game for its duration, which is 2 more games, likely returning for the 2nd of back to back with Calgary.
I thought he played in week 2 as well, but after a Quick Look at the game 2 depth chart, you are correct. So, should be back for next Sunday at Calgary.ArgoRavi wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 11:08 pmAV, didn't Orimolade go on the 6-game after the opener against BC? The Argos did beat Winnipeg in 2019 at BMO, but that was MBT at QB.Scooter McCray wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2024 10:40 am Agree with Ben & JB on the x's and argos podcast that this game could be a slugfest - close. Great to see the injury list becoming lighter. Hopefully everyone remains healthy. The receiver room is getting stronger finally. But we do need a QB that can go vertical to use them to their full potential. Arbuckle is the better option to do that, providing his turnovers can be managed minimized (big if). He did have a good game against Winnipeg when they were juggernauts back in 2019 I believe. Whether he starts or not, I am sure Dinwiddie will use him on Saturday.
Yes Will, that was the one. He did attempt to give that one away with turnovers, but he did make some great plays to lead them to victory. Winnipeg was off the charts good that year, like the Argos last year. Suffered few losses. Will wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2024 12:52 pmThe Argos did beat Winnipeg in 2019 at BMO, but that was MBT at QB.Scooter McCray wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2024 10:40 am Agree with Ben & JB on the x's and argos podcast that this game could be a slugfest - close. Arbuckle beat the Blue Bombers at BMO in 2021. It was the first home game after the lost COVID year.
