Going into BC

I have a bad feeling that Rourke and the talented Lions offence could lay a real beating on this Argo D (same one that couldn't stop the RedBlacks pop-gun offence).
However - maybe Kelly & co. can respond with lots of yardage & points against a BC D that has been very soft a times?
Shoot-out win the best hope ?

I have been thinking myself that this could be a real shootout on Friday night and that may be the best bet for a much-needed Argos' victory. I also suspect that Kelly will have some additional motivation after perhaps feeling disrespected by Rourke during the off-season when Rourke weighed in on Twitter about how the CFL was handling the allegations against Kelly.

Any Argofans want to meet up for pregame beers.
I’ll be the guy in Argo pants, Argo garb, and my face painted like the ultimate warrior(except in double blue)
I sure hope it’s an exciting game.

That first half is what we expect from this Argos team. Now they have to keep it up for another half.

Some applied run game, including Kelly scrambles, and Keely is so good at moving around under pressure and keeping his eyes downfield to find open receivers, often with a change of throwing motion. This should be the staple of this offence IMO.
D playing better too; Adeleke on the field finally and makes a big tackle to stop a first down.

Nice first half, on the road, in BC, no less! Hopefully the Argos don’t realize it’s actually 11:30 pm…my only complaint is Dinwiddies challenge on that accidental PI. Be happy with the 10 yards and a first down! No way they were overturning that call.

Ottawa is still in reach. Argos lay lumber on the Lions.
