Why doesn't TSN show the side of BMO Field that is actually full with fans?
So what happened, I thought Manning said they'd have a look at this and correct, if possible.

Their camera's are all on the West side for the TV etc. But one would think they could take some shots with their roving sideline camera's. I never did hear the attendence for Saturday night. I was guessing around 14,000 going by the opening night crowd of just under 17,000.
The stadium is configured/wired for cameras on the west side, and the east side has a very narrow gap between the sideline and the stands, not enough room for the roving camera carts. It is what it is, I imagine anyone who cares about the game itself ignores how the stands look after a while. (And Toronto is not the only team that often has sparse crowds on the side the cameras face. Hamilton, in particular, has a similar issue despite selling more tickets than the Argos do.)

Maybe it's not logistically possible.
That's actually about the only feasible reason. In my early TV years, I often subcontracted for TSN, this was late 80's/90's. Most of the places we went had no infrastructure at all and we went in and did setups, so it can be done. And things would be much, much easier now.
But with time constraints and infrastructure already being there, that is likely enough to kill the fleeting thought, but nevertheless the perception the full or empty stand gives off is still important.
Position of the sun at game time would be important as well.
The Sun is always behind the camera. You learn this in High School photography. The Broadcast would look terrible with the camera’s iris near closed all the time. Argos would have to switch to all night games. I think once this was explained to Manning along with feasibility, the idea was dropped.
They were talking about it but it never happened:

by the way, i'm pretty sure the picture in the first post isnt from the BC/Argos game this weekend. if you zoom in on the other team, they have red pants. the lions were wearing black pants.
So the twitter picture is actually a real representation of the attendance on both stands

When was the empty seats galore picture taken? Late 2nd quarter when it started to rain and many went to the concourse early? My son and I did and we eventually moves to the east side where there more open seats close to cover.
At the same time, which game is it in the OP? It's not the home opener as it was clear blue skies as opposed to overcast like Saturday.
I believe the picture in the initial post is from the 2018 home opener against the Stampeders.
While the premise of this thread is fine -- using that picture does not assist anyone vis-a-vis Argo attendance trolls.
