Friggin Argonaut football. I have the pregame jitters. haha. Just thinking of it being game day has me excited and sort of nervous. The feeling I got before hockey games, track and cross country meets. I never get those feelings anymore. Time to get my shite over with and get home early enough to crack a beautiful Black Oak Brown Ale.

My next post will either be happy or bitching about my team. haha. I don't expect much but I always hope we kill the other team.

I am over the moon to be counting down to Argonaut Football.

Lots of question marks on the squad but there's potential upside that's not so difficult to see... also easy to see that there will be plenty of growing pains as the team settles in.

But the remainder of our division sucks (yes, Hamilton too especially since I can't see Collaros making it through the year healthy) so we have every reason to expect a run at the playoffs.

May be a bit messy getting there (including our first "home game" today)... but most of you are cut from the same double blue cloth that I am and we wouldn't have it any other frickin way.

Everyone grab an oar and man your station. Time to Pull Together!

Not sure who would know Lori Bursey on here but her and my buddy Finn are there. Lori's nickname is The Diva so I sent her an e-mail asking her if she was at the local mall shopping for a new oil and fire resistant lumber jacket. haha. When she moved from the 416 to 905 I bought her a blue and black lumber jacket and she was discussed and took right back to Marks. Should be some good stories from The Mac.
