Would you believe all of the above? How about a boy scout conference?IssuesMcgee wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2026 5:02 pmDoes anyone else need to disrupt the Argos for anything? Re: Toronto @ BC....Road Trip Concludes
I can’t get over this team dragging Shawn Lemon out of retirement and he goes and gets two sacks in his first game back. Talk about early returns on a player move. We’re seeing some really good ones suddenly, Burnip, Lidster, Bolden. Maybe the football gods are finally gonna shine on these guys after all the bs? (pending Chad’s prognosis obv.)
What a pickup Bolden was, I thought he was our best defender in the 2nd half. Can’t believe Montreal let him go. Kongbo and Shand had their best games yet imo. (Is there any doubt now we made the right move drafting Shand instead of Findlay?) It looks to me like this team is improving piece by piece.

A little bird, the more attractive male cardinal, told me that the Super Dogs may not be performing at the Ex this year. You see, they are preparing to hold a hunger strike at Lamport until their demands (better pay, more spa days, more treats) are met. Let's hope this can be resolved soon.gilthethrill wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2026 10:23 pmWould you believe all of the above? The Argos could book The Super Dogs for every halftime and I would be happy. Those pups are the tops!TICATS SUCK ! wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 5:15 pmA little bird, the more attractive male cardinal, told me that the Super Dogs may not be performing at the Ex this year. Throw in some ponies and then you have a classic 1800's football halftime show.Scooter McCray wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 5:24 pmThe Argos could book The Super Dogs for every halftime and I would be happy. I heard there's a Wiggles concert happening this fall that will have them out of their stadium for a game.IssuesMcgee wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2026 5:02 pmDoes anyone else need to disrupt the Argos for anything? I just pissed my pants, and forgot where I was for 30 minutes. Too much PTSD. Haha...sorry but couldn't resist.
Someone should do a rundown of how many times the Argos have been treated like 2nd class (third or fourth class?) residents in their own building.

The Argos may play in BMO but they still play second fiddle to TFC, unfortunately. BTW, did I hear correctly , our esteemed announcers tonight, talk about the only other receiver to gain 1000 yds in 8 games(in 1983), being someone called Terry Green. Perhaps it was my hearing but it sure sounded like they were calling Terry Greer by another name.
