Is Ryan Dinwiddie overrated?

His record in his last 30 games is 5 & 25, a winning percentage of .167. His current losing streak has now reached 17 games, having not won in more than a year. Is he a victim of bad circumstances or is it more a reflection on his coaching ability?

We see him both at his highest and his lowest. Never really in the middle unless you consider last season as "mid".

I don't think he's overrated, but has not shown the ability to keep his emotions in check publicly when things are not going well. This could be his downfall if players tire of him.
