This is a load of crap IMO. Not sure this makes me sound like a bad person and insensitive to the situation but “experts” are going to assess his psychological reports. They can easily say anything just to punish him more, even if unwarranted.

League is going to do their utmost to try and cover their ass here. I don't think it'll be good enough for those on either side of the equation though.

It will be good enough for me if these experts clear Kelly to return to the team. He already served an unprecedented amount of time for doing something that can't even be explained.

I agree, at this point I’ll believe it when I see it.
Guaranteed Kelly completing all the requirements and serving his suspension won’t be enough for some.

Its hard to keep quiet about this situation. I agree with IssuesMagee, Argo57 and ArgoGabe22.
As usual per the CFL, no transparency and few details on the process, including a lack of a timeline as to when the so called subjects experts will review whatever it is they are going to review, and when the league will then review their findings and make a decision regarding reinstatement or not.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it is another month before Kelly appears in a game.

Surely this season will be the last for this commissioner. It seems all nine teams have grievances with this regime. Attendance is plummeting. The league offers an excellent product. But it is lost with all the HQ BS. Please, lets move on!

The psych test is an evaluation of his mental health. If these “experts” feel Kelly has a problem, then they need to recommend help, not shun him. That includes him getting back to his regular life, which at this time is a professional athlete.
