Would be nice to see the Bombers or even the Riders in cross over.... since we didn't get to see them in the regular season.
Ben & JB, do a great job. I never miss an episode pre and post game.

Glad to see Hicks back in the lineup. Smith and Jones are too much alike, both big strong downhill runners. Though IMO Smith is the better of the two. Hicks has speed and quickness and can go off tackle if the middle is blocked. Would be great to see them both in at the same time but that does create a problem at the receiver spot.

They do a very good job. I've learned a lot listening to the podcast. My only criticism is I wish JB had more energy. He sounds like he's falling asleep sometimes and it creates awkward pauses because Ben doesn't know if he is finished speaking.

I feel sorry for Grant. He ran the 128 yards so fast there was no one else in the end zone to celebrate with. Wow.

Then that momentum died so fast, that TD was almost forgotten.

What can you say about this team in a nothing game. They were badly outplayed in the first quarter, but the defence recovered and thanks to some dumb penalties and dumb plays by Winnipeg, they pulled it out. Unbelievable.

Spoken like a real veteran football fan who knows his stuff...you are so right AV. KEEP FIGHTING. PLAY TO WIN!

Post-game comments (very fresh)

Love the toughness attitude, and the fight, by our Argos. That is how football should be played.
Great CFL entertainment, great individual athletic plays, glaring mental errors, poor clock management, mistakes galore (example roughing the passer on Winnipeg), endzone picks, and for extra fun a missed FG return TD for 100+ yards! Are you not entertained?!?[/b]
What terrific execution on the punt-return lateral pass, WOW!
Yet another endzone pick for Chad, got to learn to just hit the deck and take the FG.
And we give up a 76 yard TD run on short yardage? WTF?
Once again our leaders Kelly and Pickett come thru in the clutch. Noticed how all game Winnipeg was staying away from Picketts side. So he was not too visible over first 3 qtrs. but in 4th, BOOM! Losing Ceresna hurt the Bombers D.
Welcome back Polk, pretty nice job for first one in awhile. GREAT GAME!

Argos win September and now it's time to develop a more consistent and balanced offence to prepare for the playoffs. Lions will present another great challenge next week but it is good preparation for facing a Western playoff opponent.

What a gutsy call by Donovan that paid off big time! All three facets contributed yesterday but special teams deserve the most credit!

This Argos team might or might not get to the Grey Cup, but they are developing into one of the most exciting iterations of the team in a long, long time. Capable of making huge plays at any time. Last night there were piles of them: Coxie for 84 and 38 yards, Kahmann for 56, Grant for 128 (!), Grant's left-handed, long-distance lateral to Ungerer for 32. Plus four sacks (all of which were superb plays) and two INTs at key moments. The Argos can get bogged down at times both offensively and defensively, but they seem to be able to make in-game adjustments, and have a lot of playmakers.

Worth noting that this makes five years out of the past six with at least nine wins, and if they win one more game they will have been above .500 in each of those five seasons. Again, not what I expected this season with the horrendous schedule. Also worth noting that although they lost two of the three "home" games played away from home, they won in each of those three stadiums this year.
