Re: East Semi Final Thread
all the games this weekend have impact to final standings. I can't help but think Hamilton and the Elks left things to late... playing the Bombers at this time is not ideal. The Elks could salvage thier season with a win. A BC loss to Calgary would be worst case for them. BLM deserves a bunch of credit it they win tonight. Just wonder if BC should give their other quarterback some time on field. Looks like its going to be an interesting final few weeks. Go ARGOS !!!

Re: East Semi Final Thread
My hope of seeing a Ticat / Argo semi final is done. I expect the Argos will be all business the next 2 weeks to secure second place. If they can do that they may be able to rest some players against Edmonton in the last week. Providing Ottawa lose to Montreal on Monday which I expect. Montreal need a game to flex their muscles at home so they can rest players leading into the East Final. They haven't had a complete game in months it seems. Crushing Ottawa is just the ticket.

Agree on all your points...and rest assured, the Alouettes WILL severely crush Ottawa on Monday.Scooter McCray wrote: ↑Mon Oct 07, 2024 9:12 am My hope of seeing a Ticat / Argo semi final is done. This will be the first time that the Argos and the Ottawa CFL Franchise has met in the playoffs since 1990 when the Argos beat the Rough Riders 34-25 at SkyDome.

Holy Cow! Harry Ornest still owned the Argos. That was their "Shoot the Lights Out" season I believe. Paul Woods can confirm. Will wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 8:16 am This will be the first time that the Argos and the Ottawa CFL Franchise has met in the playoffs since 1990 when the Argos beat the Rough Riders 34-25 at SkyDome.

Whenever Toronto was bad Ottawa was good and vice versa. Although Ottawa was out of the league alot in the past 34 years, and when they were in not very good except for 2015-2018.

I hope so. I have a dilemma here. I played all 4 CFL games on a parlay in FanDuel. I am 3 for 3 right now. Need the Als to win by 6 for $151 on my $10 bet. FanDuel is offering me $67 to cash out now. What should I do???TrueBlueGuy wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2024 1:01 pmAgree on all your points...and rest assured, the Alouettes WILL severely crush Ottawa on Monday.Scooter McCray wrote: ↑Mon Oct 07, 2024 9:12 am My hope of seeing a Ticat / Argo semi final is done. Argos QB’s were dropping like flies. Both Dunnigan and Foggie were hurt, and Willie Gillis had to finish that game at QB. Then they had to go with John Congemi and Tom Porrus the following week in Winnipeg and still almost won that gameScooter McCray wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 8:31 amHoly Cow! Adam Rita said Foggie would've been ready to go for the Grey Cup had they beaten Winnipeg. That Blue Bombers team just had the Argos number that year, just like Hamilton did this year, but the Argos won't have to play the Ticats in the postseason.AngeloV wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 2:03 pmArgos QB’s were dropping like flies. Might as well go for the $151. I have a hard time seeing the Als winning by less than 6 points.AngeloV wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 1:52 pmI hope so. I have a dilemma here.
