I'm still po'd for having to sit in the stands and watch that pathetic Argo performance against the RedBlacks on Sept. 7.

Time for a real beat-down, and not a close game, against IMO a very average to weak Ottawa team - and this sends a big message for the East Semi.

I think the Argos started their playoffs 2 weeks ago. They look pretty intense.

I hope the team remembers as well.

The Argos were on a short week after losing in Hamilton when they traveled to Ottawa in September. Now the situation has reversed. Let's see how a banged up, sagging Ottawa team does in that situation.

Poor old Masoli looked lost/tentative/weak for the RedBlacks today.

Always liked the guy as a QB talent and nice to see him work back from multiple injuries; RedBlacks glad to have his experience in their QB room for this season. Looks like he is done though.

Argonauts control their own destiny in regards to hosting a playoff game which is all you can ask.

Mike Hogan tweeted that most of the lower bowl tickets are gone for this game. Should be a great crowd.

I just bought 2 more tickets and it is sparse seating available. The north endzone is not open yet. They will need to open it. This is really good, Ottawa typically is not a good draw.
This type of simple, organic football demand SHOULD tell the new sole owner that the Argos are viable. I will bang this drum regardless of the ownership group with a good team, and just a little bit of a business plan you can sell Bmo out 9 times a year plus playoffs. With just a little bit of effort and consistent marketing plans. The Argos are now drawing decent attendance simply through natural demand just like Toronto FC. The much larger advantage for the Argos IMO is that they have a TV audience to draw more demand from. The fans that go to FC are it. Nobody is watching them on TV.
