Because she is a bitter person, who should have been fired for comments detrimental to one of the leagues partners. I know I would be fired if I did that on social media regarding a partner of the company I work for.GreyCup1971 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 6:29 pm The pundit predictions are in. If he can’t go, move Daniels to boundary WR, and start Mital at SB on the field side. IMO, not a big drop off.gilthethrill wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 6:20 pm Coxie listed as DNP for today's injury report due to an knee issue.

This is an interesting move that could work out well. IMO, Daniels may be better at boundary WR than in the slot because he would more room in which to run his patterns. Alternatively, they could use Herslow at boundary WR or move Polk outside and put Mital at boundary slot.AngeloV wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 7:01 pmIf he can’t go, move Daniels to boundary WR, and start Mital at SB on the field side. Why would Herslow - with one game of Argo/CFL experience - get to play ? Even if Coxie can't go, they still have Daniels, Polk, Brissett, Ungerer, Nield, Mital and possibly Sindani available.primetime321 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 11:28 pmThis is an interesting move that could work out well. Welcome home KC. We knew you wouldn't disappoint. It wouldn't feel right if she didn't shade Toronto.GreyCup1971 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 6:29 pm The pundit predictions are in. Only one doesn’t pick the Argos. I wonder why? lol

They need to field the strongest possible lineup. Herslow dressing ahead of Sindani wouldn't bother me in the slightest. The other guys you listed are all going to dress, and at least four of them are going to start. It could come down to how the fifth receiver playing time is divided among Nield, Mital and Herslow. I'd personally love to see Mital get lots of offensive snaps, but I'm not averse to Herslow playing a lot if he's the best fit for the opening created by Coxie's injury. I'd say there's almost no chance Mital plays wideout -- he's clearly best suited to slot/TE --so if the plan is to leave everyone in their usual spot and replace Coxie with another wideout, it will either be Nield or Herslow.

Ok, so just what about Herslow, with his just one game, puts him above any other receiver on the roster now? Gee, let me guess ?paulwoods13 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2024 8:24 amThey need to field the strongest possible lineup. Herslow dressing ahead of Sindani wouldn't bother me in the slightest. Herslow will likely not be in the lineup. He took Grant's spot on the roster last game. I don't see Sindani going in either as he was 6 gamed. Grant would act as a back up receiver if Coxie can't go, and you will see 3 of Brissett, Ungerer, Nield and Mital lining up on the field side. That would give them 2 back up receivers if you include Grant. plus, I see them running some plays with both Carey and McMahon on the field together.paulwoods13 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2024 8:24 amThey need to field the strongest possible lineup. Re: East Semi Final Thread: Ottawa Redblacks @ Toronto Argonauts
To dress (or at least to be considered for the roster), he would have to be better than only one receiver, Sindani. I've seen Herslow just once, but I've seen Sindani enough times to be open to the idea that Herslow might be faster, more elusive, better. However, AV makes a good point that Grant has to get back into the lineup, and having him replace Coxie on the game roster would open up a spot elsewhere (presumably d-line) for an extra INT. Nield and Mital are certainly capable of holding down a spot in the starting five, although I wouldn't think either runs as fast as Coxie.
Re: East Semi Final Thread: Ottawa Redblacks @ Toronto Argonauts
Coxie really isn't that fast. I would say Mital is faster. But he is better suited inside because of his size and blocking ability.paulwoods13 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2024 1:22 pm
