Metchie shoulda been all-star S IMO, over DeQuoy (who is a real talent with blazing speed, but getting the nod for his previous season); Metchie was one of the top tacklers in the entire league this season and playing with inexperienced D-backfielders around him. And Holley (rookie not known) or Casey Sayles are both quite better DTs than the average at best Mike Wakefield. All-star voters often just go by stats or what "experts" or team shills tell them. And guys who miss half a season with injury (Pickett), should not be named all-stars (again, based on past play) = an insult to a player who played all-season and very well.

Agree on this point, but what strong side LB in the east actually played a full season? Argos used 3 starters there, and I think Hamilton and Montreal also used multiple starters there.

Tim White making it with all of his key drops this year is ridiculous.

Yep - a total joke; based on past play, as is often the case.

I touched on this subject in the Ti Cats thread. He was absolutely unreliable in the first part of the season and ok for the remainder of the season. Stephen Dunbar had a huge last game vs Ottawa which got him the nod too. He did nothing as a Houston Rough Neck either! Nothing!!
