Question is, who else would you put on the Mount Rushmore? Likely Obie and Don Matthews with likely Lew Hayman being the other lock and possibly Teddy Morris from Hayman's era.

The only thing that goes against this for him at this given moment are his challenges.

I'm at the point with these challenges being denied that it is my moment of comic relief in the midst of a game's drama.

I don't know about Mount Rushmore, but he certainly is a Hall of Fame Coach.

The question is: when/does he go down south? (Trestman, Milanovich, Brady)

Given the number of highly qualified candidates (albeit mostly players) who have not been inducted, I think he will need several more years of excellence before being considered Hall-worthy. I do agree that he might be poached at some point.

I think he and his family genuinely like living in Toronto based on his Grey Cup week interviews. Before he came here he had reservations about Toronto and he has gone 180 from those reservations. He may eventually go back south, but it will have to be for the right opportunity. I think MLSE & Pinball will look after him as long as he wants to stay in the CFL.

I think Dinwiddie should be included in the "modern era" (since 1958), even though he hasn't been coach very long. Besides winning 2 Grey Cups in 3 seasons, he's also led the team to 4 consecutive winning seasons(3 first place finishes). This has only been accomplished 2 other times before in the aforementioned era by Leo Cahill from 1968-1971: 56GP 37W 19L W% .661 and Pinball from 2004 to 2007: 72 GP 42W 29L 1 T W% .590 RD' s record so far is 68GP 46W 22L W% .676. My four selections are: Cahill, O'Billovich, Pinball, and Dinwiddie. Honourable Mention: Don Matthews

I have Dinwiddie at the top in my years of watching (late 70's on). He's already tied for the most championships over that era.
